“Cup Vault is a patented insulating sleeve which utilizes a cutting-edge material that locks in your coffee’s temperature for up to 2 times longer.”
This clever idea is an excellent example of Principle 6 – Universality, making a component of a product or service perform multiple functions. In this case, the Cup Vault can hold many different sized cups, both hot and cold, making them insulated, reducing the risk of drips, and making them more comfortable to hold. An added benefit, they come in many styles which should make it less likely that you will mix up your cup with anyone else’s.

What about a stretch-to-fit silicone “overshoe” for tires to give emergency traction?
